The University of Wisconsin Madison Dance Program will host its second annual Intercontinental Festival, Concurrent Movements: Sharing, Collaborating, Creating. The Festival is co-sponsored by the World Dance Alliance and promotes cultural and artistic interchange through instruction, presentation and performance. There will be an emphasis of on-site collaboration.

The 22nd World Congress on Dance Research will be held in Athens, Greece, July 2-6. In 2006, 700 dance specialists from 64 countries took part in this conference.
