| Description | The ground floor studio of Joyce SoHo doubles as a 74-seat theater and is available for performances from September through July for independent choreographers and non-profit dance companies. Rental packages are highly subsidized and include use of the lighting, sound system and assistance from production, front-of-house and administrative staff. The best part? Your company keeps all box office proceeds! Applications are usually available in December and we allow companies to propose standard and flexible space configurations.
