| Don Atwood is a choreographer trained in dance and choreography at the Naropa University and the University of North Carolina at Greenshore. His works have been shown by Danca Nova Dance Company, the Washington Square Repertory Dance Company, the Liz Lerman Dance Exchange, Helander Dance Theatre, the Schiff Dance Collective and Art in the Public Interest. Mary Wohl Haan has been artistic director of HAAN Dances for 20 years, working as a modern dance pick-up company and as a vehicle for Haan’s work as solo performer. Known for its bold and dramatically eloquent dance theater, Haan’s choreography is immersed in sensation and emotionally evocative, yet served with a side of tender.
