Mary Wohl Haan has been artistic director of HAAN Dances for 20 years, working as a modern dance pick-up company and as a vehicle for Haan's work as solo performer. Known for its bold and dramatically eloquent dance theater, Haan's choreography is immersed in sensation and emotionally evocative, yet served with a side of tender. Haan currently teaches along the Front Range and is available as a guest teacher, choreographer or performer.

Franca is a Martha Graham dancer and teacher trained with Arts Educational Institute in England. She trained for four years with all members of the Martha Graham Company in New York and Batsheba Dance Company in Israel. Her teacher’s diploma is from the London School of Dance and Drama. She danced with the London Contemporary Dance Theatre under the direction of Robert Cohan.
